What this means in practice is that you shouldn't write anything here that you wouldn't say to someone's face.

To start with I'll be fairly harsh with this, if we start off being nice to everyone hopefully it'll stay that way.

Anything that creates work for me will be looked on harshly as I don't have a huge amount of time as it is - tidying up a forum doesn't rank highly on my list of 'fun things I love doing'.
